Cancellations: Orders cancelled after production commencement may be subject to cancellation charges. Customised or private label orders are non-cancellable once production has begun.

Export Terms & Trade Conditions

Orkay Tiles exports to multiple countries. All export transactions are governed by the following general conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Incoterms: Default terms are FOB (Free on Board) Mundra/JNPT Port, India unless otherwise specified
• Payment Terms: Typically 30–50% advance, balance before shipment, or as per LC terms
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Varies by product — to be confirmed in formal quotation
• Lead Time: Typically 15–45 days from order confirmation depending on product and quantity
• Import Compliance: The buyer is fully responsible for import regulations, duties, certifications, and licensing in their country
• Quality Disputes: Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods with supporting photographic evidence
• Force Majeure: Orkay Tiles is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, port strikes, government restrictions, or global supply disruptions
